Dr Rónan Astin ((MA Cantab) MBBS FRCP PhD) is a consultant Respiratory physician specialising in Sleep and Breathing. Having studied Medicine at University of Cambridge and University College London, he went on to complete his PhD at the UCL Centre for Human Health and Performance, where he continues his research. He leads the Neuro-Respiratory department at the world-leading National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery (‘Queen Square’), is Clinical Director of Respiratory Medicine at University College London Hospital and an elected Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians.

Dr Brown holds degrees in physiology and medicine and is a Consultant Physician specialising in Sleep, Respiratory and Lifestyle Medicine. He has studied and practiced medicine across five continents in a healthcare career spanning 30 years.
Professor Williams has had a long interest in Sleep Medicine dating back to research conducted at Harvard University. Subsequently he was appointed at UCLA and developed what was to become the largest sleep service within the Veterans Administration while at the same time co-directing the UCLA Sleep Disorders Centre.

Helen is Chief Respiratory and Sleep Physiologist at UCLH and leads the physiology department at Grace London. With over 20 years experience in Respiratory and Sleep physiology, she is a leader in her field, and is a Board member of the Association for Respiratory Technology and Physiology.
Mr Yakubu Karagama

Mr Karagama is an Internationally renowned ENT Surgeon with special interest in snoring, obstructive sleep apnea, voice, swallowing, airway disorders. He leads the laryngology service in one of UK largest Teaching Hospital, Guy’s and St Thomas’s Hospital, London. He is a Senior Lecturer at King’s College, London.
Maja is an experienced Clinical Psychologist with a specialism in insomnia, sleep difficulties and trauma. Maja is committed to understanding the difficulties which stop adults, children and teenagers from achieving good sleep. She currently holds an NHS position in the Sleep Disorder Centre at Guy’s & St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust – one of the UK’s leading sleep medicine centres. Before this Maja worked as Principal Clinical Psychologist at Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital, and as Head of Psychological Therapies for the Sleep Disorder Centre at the Queen Victoria NHS Hospital. Maja is one of the UK’s leading sleep psychologists and has worked with hundreds of people with sleep difficulties.
