Wherever you begin,

we guide you to effective therapy

Our CPAP Therapy Service is built around one principle — that effective treatment should not require you to navigate a complicated system. Whether you have a fresh diagnosis, an existing prescription, or a CPAP machine that is not working for you, we have a pathway designed for your situation.

01

Choose the service that fits your situation

Whether you need a fully supported CPAP setup, help fixing a device that isn’t working, or expert mask‑only troubleshooting, we guide you to the pathway that matches your needs — even if you’re unsure where to start.

02

Fast delivery or immediate clinical intervention

New devices and masks are dispatched within 48 hours. For troubleshooting clients, we begin by reviewing your device data, settings, and mask interface so we can identify and correct the issues affecting your therapy.

03

Expert setup and hands on correction

We complete remote setup for new devices and provide targeted adjustments for existing ones — refining mask fit, seal, comfort features, and pressure settings to ensure your therapy is both comfortable and effective.

04

Optimise your therapy for long term success

Whether you’re starting fresh, restarting after difficulties, or simply needing your current setup to work properly, we fine‑tune your equipment and comfort settings so your therapy performs consistently night after night.

Which option

is right for you?

Both pathways include physiologist support and structured follow-up. The difference is whether you need a full device or a better mask.
