Smed Home Sleep Study With Limb Leads

Best for: Restless Sleep, Leg Movements, Fragmented Sleep
The Smed Study provides a more detailed level of monitoring, with the addition of limb lead sensors that capture leg and body movement data. This is recommended when standard screening has not provided a clear answer.
Select this test if you:
- Experience discomfort or restless sensations in your legs at night
- Have been told your legs move or kick during sleep
- Wake in the night without obvious reason
- Feel your sleep is fragmented but do not snore significantly
- Have previously experienced an inconclusive sleep study
This test measures:
- Everything included in the Pebble, plus
- Limb and leg movements during sleep
- Periodic limb movement disorder (PLMD) indicators
- Restless legs syndrome patterns

Home Polysomnography & Video Polysomnography

Best for: Complex or undiagnosed sleep disorders
Full Polysomnography is the gold standard in sleep diagnostic testing. It provides a comprehensive picture of sleep architecture, neurological regulation, and physiological function, all from the comfort of your own home.
Select this test if you:
- Have experienced previous sleep studies with inconclusive results
- Experience unusual behaviours during sleep such as sleepwalking or acting out dreams
- Have significant unexplained daytime sleepiness despite previous treatment
- Are being investigated for narcolepsy, idiopathic hypersomnia, or nocturnal epilepsy
- Grind your teeth during sleep (bruxism)
- Have complex or multiple sleep symptoms that are undiagnosed
