01Our commitment to ethical care

We take active steps to make sure exploitation has no place in our organisation:

• Verifying identity and right to work for all clinicians and staff
• Ensuring all practitioners hold valid professional registration
• Avoiding zero-hours, exploitative or coercive working arrangements
• Working only with reputable, UK-based suppliers
• Maintaining a small, low-risk supply chain
• Providing clear routes for reporting concerns

We do not use agency workers, visa-sponsored workers, or any labour arrangement that could increase vulnerability to exploitation.

02Our supply chain

Grace London works with a small number of trusted partners, including:

• Marylebone Health Group, a CQC-regulated provider
• The Doctors Laboratory, a UKAS-accredited pathology provider
• Professional IT, software and administrative service providers

We expect all suppliers to follow UK employment law, maintain ethical labour practices, and report any concerns relating to exploitation.

03Protecting patients

Our clinicians are trained to recognise the signs of:

• Human trafficking
• Forced labour
• Domestic servitude
• Sexual exploitation
• Coercion or control
• Organised criminal exploitation

04Digital safety and online exploitation

Many of our consultations take place online, and we are aware that exploitation can also occur through digital channels. Our clinicians remain alert to:

• Online grooming or coercion
• Someone monitoring or controlling a patient during a remote appointment
• Patients appearing unable to speak freely
• Digital exploitation linked to criminal activity

Where we suspect digital exploitation, we follow the same safeguarding pathways we use for in-person concerns.

05Training and awareness

All clinicians complete training in:

• Safeguarding Adults
• Safeguarding Children
• Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
• Information Governance

This helps us identify and respond to exploitation quickly and safely.

06Reporting concerns

If you are worried about exploitation affecting you or someone else, please contact us. We will listen, support you, and take appropriate action.
